We know how important it is to alleviate water damage once it occurs. Not only is it important to the insurance company who wants to keep the claim to a minimum, it’s also important for the homeowners who want to protect and/or repair their prized possessions. That’s why ECO offers a nationwide network of mitigation specialists who are professional and prepared for all water damage scenarios.

We have high standards for those mitigation specialists who wish to become a member of the ECO Network and we require them to agree to the following terms:

• All mitigation contractors must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• All mitigation contractors must respond to the call center and accept the job within 20 minutes of being notified.
• All mitigation contractors must be on site within 3 hours of accepting the job.
• Within 12 hours of arriving on site, the contractor must provide ECO a job status report.
